These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute an agreement between you (“you” or “your”) and Psalm 91 Consulting LLC, doing business as P91 Movement (“P91 Movement,” “P91,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms govern your access to and use of p91movement.com, including its content, products, communications, resources, financial-support features, and other website-based services.
By accessing or using the website, purchasing a product, making a financial contribution, submitting information, or otherwise using services offered through the website, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and any applicable store policies.
If you do not agree, do not use the website or associated services.
2. About P91 Movement
P91 Movement is a Christian tech ministry operated by Psalm 91 Consulting LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company.
P91 Movement is centered around Pray. Move. Prepare. and seeks to help people put faith into practice through Scripture-grounded resources, technology, purposeful action, preparedness, and related content.
Our activities may include:
Faith-based content and resources
Software and technology development
Email communications
Educational and informational materials
Apparel, headwear, journals, and other P91 gear
Opportunities to financially support P91 Movement
Other projects consistent with the P91 Movement mission
Features, products, resources, and services may be added, changed, suspended, or discontinued over time.
3. Eligibility and Minors
The website is intended for a general audience.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use purchasing, contribution, or other transactional features only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.
Children under 13 should not submit personal information, join our email list, make purchases, make financial contributions, or otherwise provide personal information through the website without appropriate parental or legal-guardian involvement.
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising minors' use of the website.

Unless otherwise indicated, original content owned or created by P91 Movement or Psalm 91 Consulting LLC, including original text, graphics, logos, branding, photographs, designs, videos, software, downloadable materials, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Psalm 91 Consulting LLC and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
P91 Movement, associated branding and logos, and Pray. Move. Prepare. may be protected by applicable trademark, copyright, unfair-competition, or other laws to the extent legally available.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of P91 Movement intellectual property to you.
You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use website content for lawful personal, non-commercial purposes.
Unless authorized by law or expressly permitted by us in writing, you may not reproduce, republish, sell, license, modify, distribute, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, or falsely claim ownership of protected P91 Movement content.
6. Scripture and Third-Party Materials
Biblical text, translations, quotations, images, fonts, software, trademarks, product components, and other third-party materials may belong to their respective rights holders and may be used under applicable licenses, permissions, terms, or law.
P91 Movement does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property merely because it appears on our website or in P91 resources.
References or links to third-party organizations, ministries, products, resources, or services do not necessarily constitute endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
7. P91 Gear and Made-to-Order Products
P91 Movement offers apparel, headwear, journals, accessories, and other merchandise.
Many P91 products are made to order rather than maintained as pre-produced inventory. P91 Movement currently uses Printful as a third-party print-on-demand production and fulfillment provider.
When you place an order through P91 Movement, your purchase is from P91 Movement. Printful may manufacture, package, ship, and otherwise fulfill the product on our behalf.
By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Product availability, descriptions, designs, pricing, materials, colors, and options may change.
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. However, colors, dimensions, positioning, print placement, appearance, and other characteristics may vary because of displays, materials, printing processes, manufacturing tolerances, or other reasonable product variations.
Subject to applicable law, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, limit quantities, correct pricing or description errors, discontinue products, or cancel transactions affected by suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, technical error, or product unavailability.
If we cancel a paid order, an appropriate refund will be provided as required.
8. Pricing, Payment, Taxes, Production, and Shipping
Prices displayed on the website may change without notice.
Applicable taxes, discounts, shipping charges, and other amounts will be displayed or calculated during checkout as applicable.
Payments are processed using third-party payment services. P91 Movement does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers on systems directly controlled by us.
Because P91 gear may be made to order, orders can require both production time and shipping time.
Delivery dates and shipping estimates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
Production delays, carrier delays, weather, holidays, supply interruptions, incorrect customer information, and other circumstances may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Where applicable law requires notice, cancellation rights, refunds, or other remedies because an order cannot be shipped within an applicable timeframe, those rights will be honored.
9. Returns, Exchanges, Damaged Products, and Order Problems
Because P91 gear is generally produced specifically in response to an order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges solely because of buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong size, selecting the wrong color, or changing your mind, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise.
Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before ordering.
If your product arrives:
Damaged
Defective
Misprinted
Incorrect
Materially different from what you ordered
or if a shipment appears to have been lost, contact P91 Movement as soon as reasonably possible.
For problems covered by our fulfillment provider, customers should generally report the issue within 30 days after receiving the product, or within the applicable claim period for a shipment believed to be lost.
We may request photographs, order information, shipping information, or other reasonable documentation necessary to evaluate and process the claim.
Customers should contact P91 Movement regarding P91 orders rather than attempting to resolve ordinary P91 order claims directly with Printful. We will work with our fulfillment provider as appropriate.
Depending on the circumstances, available remedies may include replacement, reprinting, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
Eligibility may depend on the nature of the problem, applicable fulfillment policies, and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates or restricts consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
10. Financial Support and Contributions
Visitors may voluntarily provide financial support to P91 Movement.
P91 Movement is a DBA of Psalm 91 Consulting LLC, a limited liability company. Unless expressly stated otherwise, payments described as support, contributions, or similar terms are not charitable contributions to a tax-exempt nonprofit organization and should not be assumed to be tax-deductible.
Financial support does not create:
Ownership or equity in Psalm 91 Consulting LLC
Investment rights
Voting rights
Partnership rights
Rights to profits
A fiduciary relationship
Control over P91 Movement operations
A guarantee concerning P91 Movement's development, impact, or success
Unless a specific restriction has been expressly accepted by us in writing, financial support may be used in furtherance of P91 Movement's mission, operations, technology, development, resources, products, administration, and related expenses.
Nothing on the website constitutes tax, accounting, investment, or legal advice.
11. Email and Electronic Communications
If you provide an email address or otherwise consent to communications, we may communicate with you as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may unsubscribe from applicable marketing communications through the unsubscribe mechanism provided.
Transactional, purchase, contribution, security, legal, or service-related communications may still be sent when reasonably necessary.

You remain responsible for your own beliefs, decisions, actions, activities, and circumstances.
P91 Movement content is not a substitute for appropriate professional services when such services are needed.

14. No Professional Relationship or Emergency Service
Use of the website or communication with P91 Movement does not, by itself, establish an attorney-client, physician-patient, therapist-client, counselor-client, financial adviser-client, fiduciary, pastoral-counseling, emergency-services, or other licensed professional relationship.
P91 Movement does not provide emergency-response services through this website.

the amount you paid directly to P91 Movement for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Psalm 91 Consulting LLC, doing business as P91 Movement, and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable costs arising from:
Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the website
Your material violation of these Terms
Your infringement or violation of another person's rights
Material you submit in violation of these Terms

This provision does not require indemnification for liability that applicable law prohibits us from shifting to you.

P91 Movement is developing a software application centered around Pray. Move. Prepare.
These website Terms do not constitute a complete description or guarantee of the unreleased application's features, functionality, performance, availability, architecture, or data practices.
Before or when the application becomes publicly available, separate or supplemental terms may address matters including:
Software licensing
Artificial intelligence or automated functionality
Scripture resources
User-created content
Local storage
Accounts and synchronization, if applicable
Voice functionality
Permissions
Safety features
Updates
Device requirements
App-store requirements
Purchases or subscriptions, if applicable
If application-specific terms conflict with these Terms concerning use of the application, the application-specific terms will control.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in P91 Movement, our website, products, technology, business practices, service providers, or applicable requirements.
The Last Updated date identifies the current version.
When applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, we will provide it.

The parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts except where applicable law provides otherwise.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, applicable store policies, and other terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement concerning your use of the website and supersede prior website terms concerning the same subject matter.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, change of control, or other lawful business transaction.
